Here’s an overview of the key activities and timeline for the SPARK project, based on the official application:

Key Activities

  1. Project Coordination & Budget Administration (continuous)
  2. Kick-off Meeting (in Macedonia) – planning, agreements, and teacher training framework setup.
  3. Transnational Partner Meetings (TPM) – 8 virtual meetings to track progress, refine materials, and solve issues.
  4. Collaborative Development of Training Content – creation of initial teacher training modules (SEL, STEAM, AI, UDL).
  5. Initial Teacher Training – 12 teachers trained in SEL, AI, and STEAM integration.
  6. Collaborative Program Development – refining training into a full Professional Development Program.
  7. Development of AI & STEAM-Integrated Learning Plans – 10+ new interdisciplinary learning plans created.
  8. Development of Inclusive Education Strategies – ensuring UDL and SEL principles are integrated.
  9. Program Implementation in Classrooms – teachers apply learning plans with students (gifted & mainstream).
  10. Ongoing Support & Mentoring – continuous expert guidance during classroom implementation.
  11. Parent Engagement Workshops – workshops for both parents of gifted students and the wider parent community.
  12. Translation of Project Materials – into 5 languages (EN, LT, EL, HR, TR).
  13. International Teacher Training – 60 teachers trained from partner and additional EU schools.
  14. Pre- and Post-Surveys – measuring impact on students, parents, and teachers.
  15. Dissemination of Results – social media, eTwinning, newsletters, events.
  16. Multiplier Events – local/national events in each country to share results.
  17. Project Fairs – student fairs showcasing projects, plus one international virtual fair.,
  18. Evaluate results and outputs & Finalize reports (in Romania) evaluating the results and outputs of the project, finalizing reports, and consolidating
  19. Accreditation of the Programme – formal recognition of the training program.
