The SPARK project defines the following target groups:

1. Primary School Teachers – main focus group. They participate in professional development, teacher training, and implement innovative teaching (STEAM, SEL, AI, UDL).
2. Gifted Students in Primary School Classrooms – direct beneficiaries of tailored learning plans and inclusive classroom activities.
3. School Leaders and Administrators – support strategic leadership, capacity building, and integration of inclusive policies in schools.
4. Parents and Families of Gifted Students – engaged through workshops and resources to support both academic and emotional needs; special focus on families with fewer opportunities or children with special needs.
5. Educational Support Specialists (psychologists, counselors, etc.) – receive training to better support social-emotional and academic needs of gifted students, including those with disabilities or diverse backgrounds.
6. Indirect Target Groups –
   • Local stakeholders (decision-makers, educational institutions)
   • National stakeholders (policy makers, educational centers)
   • Education professionals and experts

 Inclusion is a cross-cutting principle: ensuring all students (gifted, disadvantaged, or with special needs) are supported within mainstream classrooms.
